Together since 2000, Hil and Schwartz created the DysFunktional Family Project in 2006. Writing all their own lyrics and making all their own beats and instrumentation, their music embodies the sound of the area that they live in, combining Appalachian rhythms and sounds with hard-core Hip-Hop beats.
